I posted this in the watercolour forum but the "girls over there" asked me to post it here to. I do paint mostly watercolours at the time and my other painting at this forum its still "My first painting" and the one and only in oils.
With 2 kids, wife , house...and you know what ... there is a lot to learn but not enough time to do it all....
Well I hope you like it?

This one is painted after a painting of one of my favourite artist Mr Arnold Lowrey. He does this on his instructional video and I have painted this after memory (I have seen that video a lot of times...)

Saunders waterford 300g full sheet. W/N artis colours

Hi Tom,
Very nice indeed, the use of warm and cool colours makes it very interesting.
One slight problem I see is compositionally the central peak together with its diagonal acts as a pointer, dragging the eye up and out of the work. Otherwise, great work!

Hi Tom, Great work here. I like the mist coming up to the rocks. Your sienna and greys on the rocks are really well done. That ocean blue colour is gorgeous. Anxious to see more work
