I would have said oil - how did you get such wonderful blending?
He is fabulous! You have caught a moment of stillness before both the storm and the wildness I'm sure he has when he moves! Great antici....pation! :D

Hi Helen, Appreciate your comment. I use gesso mostly instead of acrylic white for blending and also add soft gel, it helps to keep the paint creamy long enought to blend. I use soft brushes, I like badger hair brights.

I used to be around horse every day when I was still living in Germany.
I have a great love for them and I miss being around them. Now the most I can do is paint them.
