I'm glad to see so many flying the colors. We should ALL fly them YEAR-ROUND !

Here's our "flag" built last spring.

I use a flag on a regular bracket style holder, have for years, but I'm building a pole for it (see Studio tips) since I'd like an upright pole, but not really big. I just use the regular size nylon flags, since I wear them out too often. I use a small outdoor spotlight at the foot of the flag when I leave it out for extended times.

I tried to put up my WWII uncle's big gigantic funeral flag but can't handle it, besides it would get ruined. I usually keep very small flag decals on the cars, but am not a bumper sticker type person.
Wonder if you can still get the little ribbons people are wearing? I had some during Desert Storm when I worked in the Military hospital, but don't know what I did with it.
Anybody found any?

I was a crew on a small frostbite racing boat and use the mast from that boat as my flag pole. It is attached to my back porch.
