Well I atleast have something working for the next year. I had placed an application to teach a watercolor class at a community center and have been accepted for the job for the fall. Now anyone have some suggestions as how to get the most students? :O)

Set up some of your work so they can see what you do....get some press in your local papers....put a notice up at your local art store.

Make sure you advertise it in the Comunity Center. Maybe put a poster in the library.
Our local hospital has a board where people put notices about up and coming events ... maybe yours has too.
