My favorite part of a recent mural... acrylic on wall, about 8' x 8'

Hi Ruth
I love this painting, the colours, the movement of the waves and the peaceful serenity of the person and the dog, I feel I could live with it very happily.I don't have any techno jargon at my disposal ...yet, but I say, well done, it's lovely.

Hi Ruth,
Lovely beach scene with very well executed waves and waterline on the beach. Talk about working big!

Hi Ruth, The person with the dog presents the mood of solitude. The total painting projects the vastness of that landscape. I'm sure it would be a greater experience to be up close to this large work. WONDERFUL

Beautiful work Ruth. This has an almost dreamy quality to it that makes one think of their childhood. Wish I could see it up close!

Thank you all for your comments!

This is part of a mural that goes all the way around a living/dining room. I painted it while clients were away, so didn't get the usual feedback as it progressed. They came back last week, and called me to say how much they were enjoying it! Whew!

what particularly strikes me is that I feel there's no boundary between the real world and the one you've created....I could walk into that beach and feel the breeze...

inspiring stuff! (if I had the courage to paint on one of the walls of my new house...which I don't...cos I'm a wimp!)
