Daisies

Daisies, in pastel, approx 11 1/2 x 11 1/4.
Took me a while to work out how to get the wood look as if it was polished and reflecting - what do you think? Does it look like it should?

Daisies are my favorite flower.
I think you have done an excellent job on them.
The reflection in the wood is fantastic.
I hope you put this in Rods Reflection Project.
It would be super in there.

thank you leaflin. I had a visitor yesterday, and when he looked at it he said "I like the daisies on the polished table" and I thought "Aha! I DID get it!"
Must try another wood 'reflection' - not sure how I achieved this! lol

Yes you certainly have done it well. The table is much more polished then mine her at home. They are wonderful.

What a beautiful painting!
Love the flowers they are so fresh and happy looking.
And the texture of the wood and reflections are perfect.
Only problem I have is that now I have to go and polish my table!
