Wooooohoooooooo! My first ever post in the Marine forum! :D

This is x-posted in the All Media Art Events forum as part of the WDE. The ref. image was posted by Judy aka Hopefulbucky and is of the Oregon coastline.

Watercolours, 14 x 11 on Arches rough 140lb paper, and only my second seascape ever! Completed in 2 hours.

Only hting I would suggest, is to soften the shoreline, so it looks like the waves are creeping up the beach, and not in a channel..;)

Nice depth, but I agree with JJ, the transition from sand to water could be more gradual.
