....... thought I would just show you what Im currently working on ......
using all my favourite Skin Colours..... Blues, Greens, Purples :D .... it always fascinates me how natural they all can look

9 x 12" Art Spectrum ....... loads still to do - thanks for looking - image from the library of course :) ... but Ive adapted it somewhat

HEY! Where've you been, Dawn?? I had to put out an all-points bulletin on you in the scumble, and was thinking of sending a hunky Nat'l Guardsman after you, 'cept I figured you'd get lost again after that just to get found again. We missed you in the backrow- it was your turn to bring snack. We hadda eat rice cakes- Sooz is on some weird health kick from living in Colorado, I think (okay, okay- they had white chocolate on 'em, but still....)

I'm going to d/l this and study those skin hues, Dawn- it is magnificent! You caught her rosebud mouth just right, too- and a great crop. Beautiful work!

Hey DS,you have a beautiful touch with those pastels,looks nigh on perfect to me,my only thought is you might want to tweak and define the eye at the bottom just a tad, no matter like it lots :clap:

Good to see you here Dawn! This is wonderful...I am wondering what else you are planning to do with this. Lovely colors and I like seeing the pastel strokes. Very nice job!

.... not sure if you can see any diff's...... more subtleties I guess, softened the eyebrow ... worked on the eye more..... forehead.... hair
... still want to refine more ..... but for you guyz calling it done ..... so Sooz, please put away your kitchenware :) lol

Dawn you have a knack of selecting just the right view and this one is just magnificent. All those colors you've incorporated in the face aren't lost on me - but I would like a close up of even just the eyes or those luscious lips!!!

You really do have fun with children and I guess it takes one to know one!!!

Dawn- works perfectly. I can really see the subtle colors and the strokes of your pastel more. Love those lips!!! And those delicate greens of cool and warmth over different parts of the eye.
