Thank you Jet! Yes for some pieces I go into PSP ........... I have some custom brushes in the blending in psp that are scripted and I can't for the life of me duplicate them in PS so I move back and forth when I need that blend. lol ;)

I love your touch with the grass and water, my only point would be the grass draws too much attention from the birds. Some more definition in the birds would sort this out. sort of bring them into focus... hope you know what I mean.

Overall, great image. I love the composition

Lady Alba,

I referred to these birds as loons......... I must be the loon:) They are canadian geese, right?

Nice LA. I do think the geese could use some feather definition though. I get the feeling the have fur not feathers.

Yes, lol, i just had noticed that and waited for some keen eye to bring it up.

It needs some wing shape and feather definition....on the other hand they could pass for dogeese ... LOL :p :D

I like this too. One little niggle tho. Where the ducks feathers go into the water, they stop at the water line. Don't know if I'm saying this right, but they don't brush/smudge, into the water.

very nice birds   ,you are so god on doing animals and birds.IMHO where the bird meet the water could be a bit darker, a dark small small line like on the photo

Thanks again to all the suggestions I have finally got to work on this taking note of suggestions for dark line at water line and the smudging of the feathers so they actually look like they are floating instead of sitting on top. ;o)
