Maybe you're fed up of these sickening pictures! :D
I promise I'll try something calmer soon!
Anyway, your critique on this one would be appreciated!

... but don't encourage me to do more! :D

Very nice work again but I do have one problem with this one. The boat is obviously struggling with high seas but the seas you have painted here seem quite low and not capable of throwing the boat around to this extent.

Thanks Marty - good comment!
As you see by the photo, I need to accentuate the wall of water in the foreground. It's definitely a large wave!

Thanks for posting the picture.... I agree with Marty C that this definitely needs to have the water changed..... less chop, more uplifted water mass and lots of foam on the water to the left of the boat.
But... nice boat...

maybe this is better?
(I've also had another crack at this, which I'll post in a separate thread).

This is a good series of paintings plenty of movement in them---------well done------Alan
After spending a good bit of my life on the sea, I can relate to your paintings. This one demonstrates that struggle of the boat and the ocean. Yax

Thanks Alan & Yax!
It's fun to try and capture this movement and feeling!
