I'm a bandwidth hog today. A rhyolite pendant and a "cloud" bracelet. These cabs were from the same slab as the "Dali" landscape pendant. Looks nothing like one.

Love those patterns. Does remind me of Asian cloud paintings. Nice work !

They really are very gorgeous. They look so cool and smooth. Your pics make me wish I could reach right out and feel them!

Thank you! I sure enjoy making them. That was my first bracelet attempt and I had some scrap and a cab that was too small for a pierced piece. I'm not that skilled yet, but I do want to be able to make the gliders small enough for reversible earrings. You all inspire me to do better!

flynfire, do you glide? My Dad used to teach gliding at Univ of Illinois years and years ago. I went up a few times, too many circles for me! -mary

Yes, but mostly I run the business from the ground. My husband is a second generation glider instructor and it is his passion. There are a couple of glider clubs near you...one in Minooka, and one in Hampshire. PM your dad's name. It's a small world. I'll bet I'm well within six degrees separation of your dad.
