Hey it kind of looks cool after a while, as if the light is coming out of the clouds (he-he). Pretty bad when you start posting on your own thread! :o

Well I have just spent a load of time trying to fix this image in Photoshop I just lose all track of time.
If someone comes up with a solution I would love to know how they approched it. As I have had no luck. To get rid of the yellow it shifts to much to blue and then trying to use the cloning brush I can't retain the wonderful lines.
BTW bug, have you read tht article on photograping art on this site ?

Thank you; Weyo, Leaflin and Drapier
I would of replied back sooner but we had some really bad storms hit last night. I had to shut-down all 3 computers. :(

Weyo-thanks so much only I don't know how to send to you with out a address, if it can be done from this site I don't know how. (sorry) I only know how to save the picture from here.

Leaflin-yeah it kind of grows on you doesn't it.

Drapier sorry you spent so much time on it but I love that intense blue you came up with. I never inhance or mess with my pictures other then cropping but this does show a truer blue more like the original. RonMarko is going to give it a go, if he can work some magic he is the man to ask about the process.

Keep your fingers crossed:D

hey wait, could you not have taken the picture over again? or is there something wrong with the camera or the painting itself?

Could have done that but then I would have had to take the picture again (35mm) camera. wait until the roll of film was full, taken it for developing (another day or two) then scanned, cropped and finally wait until my husband had time to post it on my site. At best this could of taken a few weeks. Ron worked on the picture (success)! and it was posted on my site that evening with the rest of the pictures. If I had a good digital camera it wouldn't have been anything to just take another picture.

The only digital I have is a cheap one which doesn't give me the true colors. This could be that I really don't know the proper way of setting the controls but that is a entirely different post!:(

I also think guys like Ron and Drapier enjoy the challange of working on a little project like this. ;) and I know I appreciate that because as you now know it has saved me a lot of time and work. Thanks again guys!
