...so you tell me!

This is something new I tried. I like it, very organic, was going for a shell-like shape but with more character. So before I post the auction, what do you think? Be honest.

i like it a lot...very organic, and I think new shapes are so much more exciting than the plain old round bead!
I think you should list it and see what happens. Maybe with a close-up on the listing page, so people can see the neatness of the shape before they click on the auction!
Good luck!

I think the one on the left really works. It has a very organic look. The colors & shape are perfect. They look like an organic material like bone or ivory or shell. The one on the right looks like sort of like a goopy marble... Well you said to be honest!

I really, really like the first one. The second one doesn't do a thing for me, but pretty colors.

Fun Aimee!

Is the top photo just one bead, with an attachment/off shoot? If it is, I really like the direction. Very biomorphic, and the tortoise shell dots are a nice touch. :) Yes, I think you are safe to put these on eBay ...then do more along this line and see where it takes you! :)

You could call them Siamese Twins... they're great!!!

I think the shapes are very cool, but I agree with other posters that the left one is my favorite.

Maybe it's the angle of the picture on the second one, but it's hard to make out what the rest of the bead look like.

I would post a couple pictures with each bead to show it from different angles since they are asymetrical.

Very cool design! Keep it up!

Big, pretty mollusks and their youngsters. This opinion from a mom whose son had to do an extensive report on the "California Black Snail" for school. ;)

Hey, thanks for the responses. I decided to go ahead and list them both, with a lower starting price for the blue one 'cause I think it's a bit too busy. LOL! It had a bid before I even finished all my other auctions! Hopefully it's a hint that my eBay slump is finally over!!!

Brat, if you really want to bid the auction is here. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4103963320&ssPageName=ADME:B:LC:US:1) Or you can check out all of my auctions using the links in my sig line! ;)
