I agree that is a problem! So I have two user names and two passwords...use one if the other doesn't allow you to go back in!

except that i kept getting disconnected( about six times). how many id's do i need. i tried two isp's,,,att and ibm,,,very reliable both. was it my modem connection,,,i don't think so,,,checked the connection... and i know it wasn't the isps. is wetchat stable??? am i the only one? what's the proper procedure when disconnected? when i got back in,,, my logins/icons were still there,,,that's why i kept getting a"login in use" message.

Gang - WetChat is stable, but it does assume a reliable connection. I will look into this further.

For now, I have enabled a 30 minute timeout for inactivity....

S,,,i'll try this on my other computer. i can rule out the isp, cuz i tried two. two different browsers. and the connection seemed ok when i looked. never got disconnected 6 times before. why does my login remain when i lose the connection...that was the hangup too because wetchat showed it was in use and didn't let me back in. 30 min inactivity,,,,does that mean it allows me to get back in after being disconnected. if so, how do i login again? or what should i do to make it easy to get back in. if it doesn't let people back in easily, then i think you should make the inactivity real short or maybe give the other chatters the ability to boot the login.....or something, milt

S ,,,tried loging in for the heck of it. when i logged out, i got sent to the "you are being transfered to wetchat" screen.....and nothing was happening
