Sigh. To have but one moment of your fortune hanging as a pearl on the necklace of my wall; a brief instance of being aligned in a strand with the so many years of my life. Throw me but a discarded crumb meant for your trash, that I could say I have reached through the windows of your eyes.

They're all wonderful. But, that blue one (bottom row, third from left) is looking down - so out of character.

this so has it goin on
these remind me of some you did a while ago
(I think it was acrylic and sharpies and/or maybe paint pens, maybe metallics??)
was a fan of those
am a fan of these
together they look like some kind of
teetering-on-the-edge-of-a-serious-emotional-mania quilt
blanket of gazes, panes of eyes
lovin each and every one

yup yup. i was just thinking (wondering) if you were still doing anything like this. the ones i remember with the metallic outlines had a more street/graffiti feel to them. these are more subtle. deeper.
like personal tarot cards.
striking and beautiful.

yep, those others are what inspired these, I think the evolution is plain ... these are so much smaller, that the paint pens and sharpies are too blunt, been using mostly one fat marker, and my pilot g2s with paint as accent.

I like thinkin of them as a quilt, I'd sleep well under them, lol. mostly I've thought of them as tarot cards, if people were too handle them, shuffle them, pass them around ... they aren't glued into the frame, just snuggled in, so they still are free agents.

Well, that's just too cool. How do you have them set into the frame then? What a great way to display a deck of cards. What a great idea for a deck!

All are marvellous.
I like the delicacy in each.
I especially like the self portraits.
