I have been struggling making more of my signature beads...
Well it seems that working with BE has helped me with my control ...so I decided since I was making better bicones I would try a leaf bead.

As I posted in the thread about beads sticking to mandrels...this got stuck and i was in a near state of panic because it came out so well and it was for a most favored friend ;-)

The color is as good if not better than the one in Mike's case...

Ingrid:

That bead is very very pretty. The shape is great! I know what you mean about BE helping with control, it forces me to slow down. Retire your bead?!? I don't know.

Hi Ingrid, that's gorgeous as usual. I feel very lucky all the time that I have one of these, from this series.

It's absolutely gorgeous!!! I think you should make them as long as you enjoy doing it. Thats when it's time to retire it.

Hmm. I was going to stop making hearts after Valentine's Day but I am still really enjoying making them. If you are still enjoying making your leaf beads, I say- "you go girl!"

she not only WINS with the formerly known as EDP, I believe she calls it violet, or rose!!!, but she teaches others to get the color right...I gave one away in a bead exchange in Seattle, and the EDP was ROSE!!! Yeh! Thanks Ingrid - God Bless - Virginia L.
