Well, I've been in a funk with making beads. But finally got some things made with my beads. So since I've been confined to the house and no biking allowed, I've had this funk, and I can't seem to shake it. Even though it does seem to be lifting today. Maybe I'll try again tonight at beads.

But here is what I've made...

Three bracelets and 5 pairs of earrings. Honest opinions and advice ALWAYS welcome!

Vanessa,

Thank you for the compliments. It certainly helps to get me more into making things with my beads. Course, now I need more toggle clasps. :o Used up the last one, and need more headpins too *sigh* being creative uses up my small supply quickly. ;)

Thank you Lisa,
I call them my Easter Lilies in Easter Grass Bracelets. :) I owe thanks to Lori Peterson for telling me how she made hers, and I loved making them. I'm thinking I need to make more. :)

Just gorgeous!!! Love the pastels - so Spring-y. Your beads are so pretty, and your wire-wrapping skills are great - love the way you wrapped on the earrings.

I've been plotting and designing in my head the past few days and was thinking about doing something different with the wrap on earrings, kind of a conical thing. I'll do some up and send you a pic, because I can't describe it well enough with words.

Sarah, I tried to post earlier but the site was busy.....darn-had no excuse not to do the housework :crying:
The beads are lovely and I have one question. For the striped pastel beads did you use stringer over a trans or was it a cane you made? Can you tell how little I know
Thanks,
fran

Fran, those grass beads are easy.
You pull your can, I used a trans colour over white, and pulled into thin stringer, then made a transparent (clear) bead and wrapped the stringer around it. Swamperfolk told me how, after she had learned from Nursekatie I think it was. So you get a light trans colour with the coloured lines. :)

Charlee - Thanks for the compliments and I'd love to see your idea. I'm new at wrapping and such, but I like it. Gives me something other than boxes of beads. :)

Orca - Thank you for the compliments!
