I can't believe I'm first! Probably someone else is posting as I'm typing this, so I better just stop talking and get down to it. LOL! It's been a while since I've done a show and tell, so I'm being a bit of a thread hog... :D

Hollow with enamel, then a couple of tapered beads, a sandblasted bead with gold leaf and finally a "Root Beer Float"!

Here's mine that went up on the "Bay" yesterday. I didnt have time to post here then :(
I've been stuck in winter colors so long these were really fun to make! The orange is the odd-lot canteloupe color. Oh, and so is the yellow! I really like them both, better order more before they are all gone!

Tink! Gorgeous!
Briatha, those colors are so soothing together..... Is everyone else asleep already????
Hugs!

What wonderful eye candy so early! Is there a law that says you can't torch all night every night?? Love everything Tink makes, had to bid on Faith's lentils, and Jacqui-I needed a bright set for inspiration!

Thank you, ladies, I am running to the studio now ;)

Wow, what a way to start the day! Tink, I love that hollow... yummmm! I thin the second tapered bead is my fave, though. Awesome colors. Briatha, Tacemena is edible! Wow! More of those earthy colors I love so much! Jaqui, holy cow! Those are incredible! I love the way you used the coral... wish I could get more of that yellow shade!

Here are three of mine: Whirlpools, Shaman's Dogwoods, and Wedding Belles.

Hello, Beautiful work everyone, it is 3:44am here, and only one person's beads are showing up on the posting end of things, so I cannot comment individually, I am not the sharpest tack in the barrel in the daytime, in the middle of the night, I am lucky I can type at all...I was so lost at my torch today...the stuff I am making did not get one bid on eBay, but it is what I like to make, and I need to make some money, so I was just lost, cause I like to have a kind of flow when I work, but all that going around in my head was not very constructive...I made an eight star leg, and kinda botched the "rakes", then I made a frog that I love, my second...then another buppy bead, and by then I relaxed and made a bead that I love...I got these wonderful frits in the mail RAOGK, and have been afraid to use them, but finally laid them out, in kind of a pattern, had three colors of glass underneith and went to town melting the frit in...boy, I can see how addicting THIS could become...I am pretty much happy with it, but our building caught on fire in the middle of it, and we all had to flee the building and I did not get to melt the swirls in, I popped it in the kiln and turned the kiln down, and excited the building with everyone else. Thankfully, it was just an old fool, buring his food again. He cooks on REALLY high heat and then walks away..fortunately the damage was limited to his own stove, and my bead not propperly being finished. So, I turned the kiln back up and finished the day. I wish I had a digital, cause this scan just does not capture it propery..even unfinished is a reallllllllllly cool. I was hoping to win Corina's challenge, the prize is a digital camera this month, but boy, there are some incredile beads posted, so I don't think my digital is coming from that direction. :( God Bless your day - Virginia L.

Good Morning everyone!
Tink, I just love your beads, my favorite is the 3rd pic down. I was going to say something about everyone's beads, but for some reason they don't show up during the post and I can't remember what everyone did. I do remember Virginia's - your beads are fantastic!

I don't have pics of my beads from yesterday yet. Here's a set I made day before. (I'll post yesterday's beads later on today):

It took me forever to get through the show and tell this morning because I got side-tracked looking at websites too....

I love Melanie's ceramic beads. I think you should add them to your list of beads you do - they are really great. You are so creative!

I went fabric shopping for inspiration...

Hey Beaders,

I always love to look at the lentils - Briatha, Trey, mperaza, Alex, Kaye, and others. Perhaps I ought to finally get a lentil tool so I can join in the lentil SandT
Lisa – The sculptural work definitely has some attitude!
Marna – What’s going on in the 3rd bead? It is very complex in design. Is it a lentil?

Here's a hollow Easter bead!
