I'm pretty new to airbrushing. I'm currently painting my computer case, using Createx Auto Air Color. I've achieved a knockout pearlescent blue with metalflake - I've totally impressed myself! Createx says I can use any urethane or polyurethane for clearcoat, but I see that automotive clearcoats practically require a hazmat suit to apply. I tried using an aeresol clear (Rustoleum) on a test panel, and it looks OK (yawn), but I want that smooth as glass knock your socks off gloss AND be alive tomorrow to enjoy it. I would so appreciate the benefit of your experience.

well i use just a ordinary rattle can...1k clearcoat...open the windows and spray...oke...i feel funny sometimes but i will live..hahaha
otherwise you must buy yourself a mask...i would do that anyway because the createx isnt 100% harmless...
so buy yourself a good mask and use it also spraying the createx..

Buying everything you need to spray clear coat is quite expensive. If this is a one time or a limited time need for an automotive clear coat job you are better off taking it to a body shop and having them spray it when they are clear coating a car.
