medical insurance?

Does anyone know a source for medical insurance for an independant artist and his family?

I was a bit hasty in leaving my teaching job!

Call several agents who offer insurance from several different companies...I guess you call them independent agencies. They will give you rates from several companies.
Do some comparison shopping.

and Bruin is right, we use our dental coverage far more than the medical in the past few years with my daughter's orthodonture work.
