Colored Pencil Portraits by Ann Kullberg and Skin Tone Bar

I'm trying to make a skin tone bar like the one on page 47, but I can't figure out the exact order of colors to use. It doesn't seem to follow the value groups on page 46.

Is there anybody out there who can tell me the order to use for these colors?

:( I was hoping today to find this book at the new Barnes & Noble that just opened, but no such luck :( . When you figure it out it would be great if you would post the results and share what you learned from it :) .
