Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I figure someone here can point me in the right direction.

I'm trying to find some type of marker which has water-soluable ink in it for allowing value studies with a brush. I read a great article on using this technique to learn how to "paint backwards" (dark to light) in watercolor.

I have used water-soluable graphite pencils for this technique with great results, but would like to use a broad-tipped marker to apply heavier darker areas.

Any help with brand names and where I might find these would be very welcome.

Thanks!
