This was originally posted in the drawing forum, since the thread hasn't been moved over here, I will re-post at TeAnne's request :) . (See what I get for not re-reading posts...yikes!) Sorry I'm a bit behind on the request.
Here it is, rose done in grisaille, and yes, I'm planning on doing another with color :) This one I'm going to leave alone cause each time I look at it I find something else in it I don't want to mess up...LOL.

Lulu, thank you :) You're most welcome!
I guess I should have said this was done with just the prismacolor warm grey 50%.

Ivyleaf - THANKS for bringing "Rose" over here!!!!!!!! Guess we should get in the habit of telling the colors of pencils and color and type of card/paper/illustration board, etc. that we are using. I really love the warm gray, can't wait for the color next - GEEZZ this is fun and so helpful and inspiring who ever knew computers could do all this for artists???????? See ya' soon

Oh Ivy it is beautiful. My favorite flower is the rose and you truly have brought it to life on the drawing board. I can hardly wait to see the CP version. Bravo

I love your rose Ivy.
(You could use your computer to add colour just for fun.
Won't have to touch a thing and your curiosity will be satisfied :))

Thanks leaflin :) If I weren't adobe-phobic, I'd do just that ;) ROFL...I can't get the hang of most of the features on that program to save my life :o . But I did manage to finish a gladiola with similar colors, I will post that one :) .
