I took this shot after being given a snow day from work. I work right next to St Patricks.
I had completley forgotten about it till I went browsing last week.

I have been using this Pic as wallpaper on my computer to try save on air conditioning bills.

Of the yellow taxi pictures you have posted, I like this one the best. I really like how the snow has piled up on all the ledges. the church seems massive, almost as if it goes on forever. (I guess that's the general idea with churches.)

Brrrr. it does look cold.

The traffic light looks as if it has just a hint of color. Have you considered make it really green?

This has it all; good composition, good tones, a story, and a splash of color for artistic interest!
Well done!

I agree with Spectru on the traffic light; tweaking the green so it kinda jumps out would add a little more spice to an already enjoyable meal.

Cheers!

drapier,

I love days like that, and fortunately I get them where I live. This composition is wonderful, and the yellow cab really brings us down to earth so to speak. Thank you for sharing this. Right now it is in the high 90's and low 100's here, and the thought of snow often enters my mind.
