This is lookin' good! I really like the high horizon. Is it a swampy area?

Hiya Carly! This the one you are doing for the Susie project? I like it... bright colors - but still a bit mysterious, wondering what is behind it all in the far background.. neat http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

I like it Carly....very expressionistic, more post-Impressionistic. Doesn't come off as a watercolor at all to me...which is not meant to be taken as a bad comment. It just has a nice flow to it.

Thanks everyone....yes this is a swampy looking pic. It's an autumn project for another watercolor list that I'm a member of.
Larry, the un-w/c look is because I don't know how to paint with this stuff!!!

Thanks, Kem....actually I've posted this one at Art-Agent..but I almost didn't recognize it here because of the changes I've made especially in the forest area.
Someone told me that 'orange' paintings don't sell...so I doubt this one will find a taker!

Carly, this is REALLY good. The reflections on the water just take you back and back into the painting. I just love the colors.
