What a magnificent animal as well as the drawing.

I wonder if White Tigers purr. If he doesn't he is purrrrrrrrrrrfectly gorgeous.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I forgot i hadn't put any details in about how he is done. :o
I used a warm grey toned smooth mount (mat) board. I get all sorts of offcuts from my framer for very little outlay. They like to sell it to me because they know most of it comes back to them to have a frame put on it! I like it better than paper because you can use a lot of pressure without harming it. the downside is that it won't take as many layers as paper will.
I used Berol karismacolour pencils mainly, with some caran d'ache supracolour and a very few Derwnt studio.
I think the size is about 10" or 12" square, but not sure as i don't use standard sizes, just whatever the framers have to hand :)

Oh wolfhound the tiger is so gorgeous. It looks so soft that I just want to go up and pet it. You are so very talented. I guess I have a loooong way to go :D

I remember seeing this guy when he was just a kitten (well, when he was the darkened areas)
He's really come a long way.
Can you get us a closeup on his face?
