Worth Bottling Carol,
Good One.

Wow...if this is what happens when you can't sleep...I suggest plenty of caffeine just prior to bed time, and a good argument with someone to make you plenty restless! http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/wink.gif

Not healthy....but artists are generally known for self-destructive measures for the sake of their art, are they not? Very nice Carol!!! I love the contrasts you've nailed down here.

What projects are you talking about Carly??? I would like to get in on these!!!

Once again you have shown your skills, and such a beatiful choice of colours.

The whole painting is wonderful, but I am in awe at that mist, it's so realistic.

Any tips for me? LOL

Nancymae - these started of as a mini watercolour project and learning experiencewith mal and dennis, but so many of us who hang out in the watercolour forum wanted to join in, they can now be found in the Cafe Guerbois forum as special projects, just sign up there. Good Luck

Nice job!!! Love the clarity of the blue behind the trees. I did mine from memory and forgot that part (old brain is leaking)! lol. Phyl

KaTee...sorry, I somehow missed your guestion about the mist until just now. All I did there was to let my colors fade out as I came down the page...then, I "scrumbled" with a clean damp brush to create the mist. It picks up just enough color while leaving some of the white paper. Hope that helps! http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

So nice, Carol. Also love loose treatment you used by blending the colors out.

Carol will you please stop it! lol You are putting me to shame here. I haven't set down to paint in over two weeks now. This is spectacular.
