HI Pastel buddies!
A happy, healthy and creative year to you all!

I recently wanted to buy a video in an online art shop in the States and they charged $35 p&p which made me cancel the order. Luckily some friends who are coming to visit will bring the video.
But I wonder if anyone knows of a good reliable online art shop somewhere in Europe. I also would like to try out some other kinds of paper and all I can find here in Amsterdam is Canson (which I know and like) and artfix which is too expensive for my dabblings.
Thanks
Madder

Happy New Year to your there Madder!!!

Saw your post about online art shops there and remembered a thread from a while back that might be helpful. It was initially posted in the coloured pencil forum but the adresses lead to shop that specialise in all media.

I've only used one - discountart in the UK - so I can't say how reliable they are. I still haven't received my delivery yet, but it was the day before Chirsmas when I ordered...

Hope that helps,

Paul.

If you speak german, ask the following guys for a catalogue: http://www.gerstaecker.de

Huge selection of everything art! They'll charge you around 7EUR for sending the thing though. It's cheap, seeing it weighs 3kg! :cat:

Edit: didn't see the post before mine, heh ;)

Excellent! Thanks very much!
And nice to "meet" you guys.
I lived in Dublin for 6 years btw, lovely place, went to that shop close to Stephen's Green to buy my very first pastel stick. Important moment in my life :)
