View Full Version : first bead worthy of showing...

Last night I managed a fish bead...
I have asked santa for a kiln to save my lil fishy, but he told me his credit card was maxed until January :(. Poor fishy has to go in the "waiting to be annealed bin"
Photo quality is iffy, but its a start...
Any tips and suggestions are welcome.

That is the cutest fishy baby. I just started "frying fish" - Deb Crowleys word!!! I love it. mine are not that cute. I tried to make a portrait of my Fighting Fish, and it looked like that rocket from that super old sci-fi television program...Just assure your fishy baby that it will get annealed as soon as mommy has the money, just don't cluck him around, he will make it = God Bless - Virginia L.

What a cute fishie! :D
I don't have the nerve to make one myself!

I made my first one on Friday - my DH said it looked like a turtle. So it didn't have any lips, so big deal. Then it can't be caught by some dumb old fisherman.
So I pouted all day Saturday.
Today I read everything I could on making a fish. Sorta now see what he meant.
Monday I create fish #2. I will save #1 for the next fugly postings.
