Ohhhhh Nooo!!! There might be another explanation?

If it's the shipping that they are concerned about how about offering them some options like
It would be $x without the frame...
$x for land...

oh, man I'm holding my fingers that this one works out!

I can't take the frame off. It's securely fastened.
The thing is, they asked me for the total, now I get no response. They read the emails.
I gave the choice of Airmail, economy or seamail.

I think that they asked you for the total mean that they were planning to pay. Secondly as you stated, they have a very good feedback record, so it look like a good customer. It have often happened to me (outside of ebay) that a customer gets tied up and do not respond for a couple of days but comes back to me later, often with a good reason… it even happened now on ebay that I was convinced someone is not going to pay since they did not respond on my mails, suddenly they were bidding on another item, paid and asked for combined shipping. I know it must be very frustrating, but hang on there, there might be a good explanation.

I hope so Antoine. It's only been two days but I just hate it, when you send a friendly email and peeps just plain ignore you. Civility costs nothing. Like they could say "Yep, got your quote, will get back to you soon" just something, you know?

Just like another buyer, they won't let me know if they have received their item. I say when I post out, please let me know when it arrives so that I can leave pos. FB, but no, just ignores me.

I'm just wondering if people are getting my emails in Greek or something!
People just don't have manners anymore. Well, it's not how I was brought up!

Sorry for venting, I'm getting madder by the minute now!

Oh, I know where you are coming from. I also have that same phrase of ‘please let me know’ in my client mail … I think about 1 in 20 does let me know. I think people don’t realize / care that there might be someone on the other end of the line waiting for a reply. People think yea.. later… and often they do that later but it still doesn’t make the waiting time less frustrating. I’ve waited up to two years for someone to pick up a commission which I’ve done for them…

That is just irresponsible of them. *ugh*

The buyer I wanted to leave FB for, well I sent an email thru' ebay asking if she received........... Well, still no reply but she left me FB................ Totally ignored all my attempts A communication. *sigh*

Hi Gill, thanks :) You tracked me down huh?
Miss what? The landscape painting? ........ No, it was painted as a commision in '97 and they fella said it was too big. And the one he saw that was hanging in a shop, was too small @ 9X5 inches. *sigh*
