I'm trying something a little different with these fish. I actually started out by looking at pictures of fish insted of just making it up. I probably won't do many of these, but they are fun:)

Greg you have out done yourself. I lreally like the way these fishies turned out. Are you guys still in FL? Hope you guys are having fun. If you guys have a car make sure you head to Fort Walton to Coach and Four and get the surf and turf. They have the best stake in town. If you need more info give me a shout. And the zoo of lights that is nice as well.

Thanks. Yep we're still in Florida (Navarre Beach Campgroung), we'll be here threw March. The resturaunts are sure to be our undoing. My mom came out for Thanksgiving and wanted to know what we wanted for Christmas. After a little thought we asked her to take us out to dinner....every night that she was here! We put on way too much weight. It is beautiful here. We went out the the gulf of Mexico and strolled along the beach wading in the surf which had to be 70 degrees. Not bad for a Monday in November:evil:

Greg,
The fish are wonderful!
The Gulf is chilly now.. you should be here when it is like bathwater..... my favorite thing to do is tying a float to the boat and just floating around... ahhhhh! Tad too nippy for that now. We went to Cabbage Key and just about froze last weekend.
Need to see more fish! Linda

Hi Linda, it still feels pretty warm to us:) We were in Maine all summer and it's down to the teens up there now. Here's one of my usual fish:

Hi Val, the trout are about 2 1/2 by 1 1/4 inch

Hi Kaye (waving from Fl). Mom lives in Oregon (Tigard, not far from Portland). After a nice walk on the beach here I don't think she was looking forward to Oregon weather. We'll keep our trips to Oregon for the summer months.

It's as close as I've been able to get. Looks more like a fish wind sock.

Greg,
I can't get over your fish... they are stunning! The ones I make bring giggles because they are so ugly they are cute.
Kaye,
It is great weather-wise now but during the summer it's "help I'm melting, melting" time. I hail from the Mid Hudson Valley in NY so I have memories of the bone chilling cold. Brrr
