This is a 11" x 14" mixed medium on canvas board. This was done with acrylics, watercolor and permanent marker. Something a little different....*SMILE*

Ceu and Rosanna...thank you for your comments!

lbailey and ohju....this is something I do on occasion. It is very tight and controlled work.....for me anyway. *SMILE*

A little bit very different for you.

I like the line work in the flowers
and their contrast with the cezannish
fruit

seems so different than the usual style.
the outlining, the palette, composition all working together
looks like you had fun with this one.

So tel me, how do I get my hands on this one besides my hard drive stealing it?

I love the lines, movement, rhythmn and composition, and all the color except for all the light blue, which I'm finding too intrusive, with the other more muted and graceful colors. Beautiful drawing!

Zotma...this type of work is fun. I used to do this type of art all the time. It was interesting to see what was the best subject for this selection of mediums. Florals do best but surprinsingly landscapes looked kewl too.

TeAnne....thank you for looking! This painting can always be had....*laugh*

bbilly...thanks Bill...I agree the blue is a little too stark in this one...I may go back and gray it down some. *SMILE*

I would like to see the blue under the flowers a shade or two darker than the other two blues. Recess.
