Wonderful 2 point perspective, with composition of shadows, color and light !

if I was walking down that street, I would want to stay there and freeze time. as usual you paint light , dark , shadows and life that makes one stop and think of what they have seen before and not paid attention.

Wonderful! You see everything , everything becomes the subject of your painting. Amazing...

Rich, vibrant, energetic- your usual attributes. Masterful sensitive eye for interesting composition- also as usual. I think that your obvious interest in composition skills has helped you reach the ultimate goal- to move the eye around the painting and develop focal points, but at the same time to have each minute area of the painting visually stimulating. You could crop this painting into a hundred different varieties that would all work on their own merit.

I have always assumed that your tiny-head is from a painting of yours- will you be doing more figurative work in the future?

I like the upper left corner best but found many letters in the rest of the painting.

evocative with the shadows, I feel tension, this is not calm to me. my top 10 favorite dornbergs have like 50 crammed into the top 10 (never was good with math anyhow).

Hi dornberg, it's not the same but it give the same feelings that you have painted . this is a photo in front of my friends house in portugal. This is why I like this painting a lot.

I agree with Zotma...I like it very much, partly because there is a slight touch of the sinister in the shadows- I am not sure why exactly. I am very curious- What's up with the titles> They are quite interesting.
I like it, and the technical skillwith 2-point is great.
