Here are the results of my once-yearly stringing binge. Once a year, my sister's church has a silent auction, and once a year, my sister hits me up for contributions with less than a week's notice. You'd think I'd expect it by now, but nooooooooooooooo, I'm always surprised. (I keep hoping they'll stop having it. It's been the same group of donors and the same group of buyers every year, and the amounts bid have declined every year. I think it's run its course.)

First one is iris blue reduction frit on amber glass. Second is silver clear reduction frit on Lauscha blue and purple and EDP -- it's not as lavender as it seems in the photo, but I couldn't get the colors to come out right. Third one is a hollow of emerald green with reduction frit -- no clue what color!

I have the same problem with the "silent auction church auction" I hate having my work go for the prices they get at it but end up doing it every year anyway. It's soooooo hard to say no. I really like the beads you chose to string, especially the long slendar one

I think they're gorgeous! Maybe you should try stringing at least twice a year?:D

Well, I think it's very nice of both of you to donate your work for silent auctions.

Emily, your flare for design really sings... each one is so unique and elegant.

Beautiful necklaces, Emily:) I used to get the 1-2 day notice on the church bazaar from my mother, too!

Here are a couple more non-glass finished pieces...

This one is faceted black onyx, faceted peach chalcedony briolettes, carnelian and Bali...

This charm bracelet has a bit of everything - pink botswana agate, rhodochrosite, rose quartz briolettes, Bali, Hill Tribe, fw pearls, Swarovski, labradorite, mop...

They'll both be on the 'bay later tonight...
