MY COMMENTS:
I have been wanting to paint people from life for a while, and finally I got myself a model. I went to his house, bought an easel on my way there, and since his girlfriend was there, I asked to paint her as well.
I am posting this one first because this is a piece I am recently commissioned which will be used in a student film next month, so I want to get some feedback quick.
The students want this portrait to be a typical head and shoulder, a woman with dark hair, blue eyes and powerful eyes. They also want a muted background which I haven't worked on yet.
I spent about 2,3 hours on her at her place and took a picture for finishing up at home.

Thank you very mcuh for all your help and time.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
I'd like to get feedback on everything, but especially how you think of the eyes, and what can I do to make them more stand out and dramatic? I am planning to change the colours of the shirt and the background. Any ideas?

You really have your own style, it comes through bigger than you and your model.
You have an eye for figure.
