A visual story of my grey parrot of 25 years developing a seizure disorder and me (everything in orange) there to support and guide him to the doctor and restored health. The leaf shutter shape was a little nod to my love of photography. This was extremely, horrifically painful to paint. But I'm glad I did it. There was no other way to release that frustration. We're working every day to fix Gus. Thanks for looking. Have a great Holiday season.

I love it!

Also - great to hear the story - the most recent piece I posted also related to a pet bird. I should have added similar narrative!

There is sometimes an explanation that make a painting make sense.

Thank you for that explanation. I do hope the best for you.

Creating can be a wonderful outlet for stress and you did well. My best wishes for a positive solution for your bird.
