9in x 11in mixed media painting on paper. 2019. Didn’t post it because I thought no one would like it. Haha. Funny how all people have different views on Art. Thankfully the incredibly nice guy who manages my work put it online. Comments and critiques welcomed, and thanks for viewing.

I really like this work, I love the lights and darks and the sweeping brush strokes. I can see a face in it too. Your buyer has a beauty there!

Calling this one Grapes of Tolerance and also calling it Grapes... without the tolerance at the end of the title. Named for tolerating a unwrittable and untellable something... whatever it may be I myself can not find the correct words for this tolerance, but it does bring good things by using tolerance, and perhaps saves something in the process... while bringing end to an empty state. A very concert to be an existing obect of toleration as a virtue in all honestly really.

Thanks for comment. I do see the image you see. Thanks again for sharing.

Congrats on the sale! I like the transparency of the strokes. I'm seeing a cylinder shape with a handle that almost looks like a bucket with yellow flowers spilling out. If you squint it's more obvious.

Thanks artcrispy. I like the star sign Aquarius a lot. If that spilling imagery is there, like you say, it must be from my adoration of the sign. Flowers? I see them. Thanks again for comment. It’s very very helpful.
Peace and love to all the viewers and the commenters as well. Thanks for the encouragement your eyes bring me.

You never know what somebody else is going to respond to. For me, the appeal is in the contrast between transparent and opaque areas of the piece and also the horizon line that seems to question the idea of: "As above, So below"

“As above, So below” can’t get my mouth round it.. but that’s a good way to paint! This painting may be “As here, and Above”! Terrible, no? Haha! Hope the new owner likes it...yes? Yes it is hard to see it leave me so soon after painting it, and I feel happy for it, even if it isn’t a “So Below”...
