Thank you for sharing, Holley. It is always such a treat to watch other pastel artists work.

Holley, I would have appreciated another subject in your prestigious pastel style. You remember I said you are a pastel magicien, but since then I had the opportunity to peep into your website, and what a talent, I do not think there are many artists as talented as you are. You have the Mida's touch not to make solid gold of what ever you touch, but to make a robust masterpiece of every thing you turn out with what ever you take into your hand, a brush for oil paint, another for water colours, another for guach or even a needle to prick skins to turn out a beautiful tatuage. You are born with an unlimited number of talents-even to create a crochet. Wanderful Holley . I can imagine you to be in your life a remarkable person. It is a priviledge even to meet such talents in this wonderful place- the Wet Canvass.

Thank you Karen, I hope to get back here more this year to share my art and hopefully inspire other artists. We all do work in different ways and I like to share how I go about things which may not always be the right way but its a way that works for me.

Charles, I thank you so very much for your kind words! Wow, I am blown away by the appreciation you have voiced for my artistry. I am very art obsessed, it is a journey that brings me such happiness. I am not remarkable, just the same as everyone else but with an art obsession and passion that fulfills me in the most magnificent way. Thank you for taking the time to look at my website and for also taking the time to say such nice things, you have made my day! Many blessings to you! :)

That is coming along very nicely.
It is always interesting to see a WIP, as there are many possible ways to come to a finished painting.
BTW I also liked your kitty painting a lot.

Nice details in the fur. I also like the perspective and how you painted the ground Dozer lies on.
