http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/03-Apr-2019/42645-1FBD3E69-2EE8-4DEB-A115-6053298ACDD7.jpeg I had a spare moment so I quickly tried Tyrees mum. For some reason every person I’m trying to draw looks super young for me. The photo is open to interpretation so I took artistic license thinking her coat covers her neck as well. time flies when you are having fun. It’s almost midnight so gain colour needs to wait till tomorrow.

oh Thank you kindly for the comments. Yes I forgot to add size, my apologies, its done on Arches smooth 300gsm A5 (148x210mm)WaterColour paper. The sketch itself, is done with a 2B graphite pencil and measures 110x130mm). I'm doing a quick read up on what Post impressionism is and I'll finish with colour today once I finish work today. Tyree your mother is truly beautiful, she has terrific features. Love her smile. I'm terrible at doing noses but hers is very very elegant.(in real life, not my sketch yet, will try and make it better once colour is added).

Oh Thank you very much Imelda, Barb and Kay, thank goodness I took photos of the process because I'd be very happy to use the same method again on day with improvements, there is little spots that I'd like to fix on this one but as Imelda said, I'd better let Susan know I've done the colour version, I'm surprised you guys where kind enough to have a look, I didn't put WIP on this one.
