Thanks for a beautiful ref. Kay.:)

Acrylic inks on Hahnemühle W/c paper, 8x12", about 1.30mins.

I drew the flower shapes in pen first, from the screen, then painted the whole from memory, with occasional checks because the screen kept going to sleep!

Sorry pic is a bit dark - scanner and comp not speaking so had to photo this on the tablet and poor light .... even tried re-installing scanner - no joy

Thanks for looking:)

Here's a more accurate version - spot the difference with the scanner working!

Beautiful, soft, delicate and most certainly windblown.

Lovely, Maureen. Wonderful mix of soft and bold colors, as in nature. The windblown effect is marvelous. I love the little buds as well as the full blooming flowers. Really nice sense of depth as things move toward the sunny background. Beautiful!

We've all had scanner/printer etc., woes!
Such a gorgeous, graceful grouping of the pink cosmos! The inks add that delicate touch. One of, if not your best, ever! Do you add water to dilute your inks or just use them full strength

Thanks all - :)

Kay, if you check back - I work wet in wet for much of the painting but use full strength in wet/damp so it bleeds in, followed by full strength.:)
