I drew this for the Animal & Wildlife challenge this month, from a photo by Skappy. It's the first time I've tried stippling so would welcome C&C. I used Faber Castell Pitt pens on heavy cartridge paper and it is size A4. The paper is actually a warm white but my scanner over exposed everything. Thanks for looking.

M Ramos (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1454194) uses stippling - check his works as he usually shows Wips.:)

Yours looks very good to me Kay - delicate, nice variation in tones, lovely sense of rhythm to the whole composition.

What can I say?? Your excellent mix of the lines with the stippling gives an ethereal look to the whole thing. I know it's a drawing, but it feels like the bird is flying! I guess the line gives beauty and strength, and the stippling provides depth. And the floating things are at once both twigs and clouds! Very cool!

A graceful, quiet pen and ink with flawless stipple technique. In a busy and over-stimulated world, this lovely piece should hang on the wall to remind us to slow down.
