30cm x 30cm cheap canvas.

...inspired by the Monty Python sketch.....but only to the point of it being 'bleedin' Sea Bird flavour......'....nothing more.

Nice one Dave, I was expecting to see Fleetwood Mac. But this has something about it, I like it.

looks like it is done with a pallet knife, very heavy application of paint. Nice to see adventure in technique :)

I use my fingers a lot of the time, squeeze paint directly onto one and ....smear away with a smile.

I also use brushes that are stiff, stiff with paint because I didn't clean them properly after using them. The truth is, when I started painting last year I didn't have many brushes and ended up with a jar of stiffs.....so I just got on with it.
Even now my jar has maybe 3 soft brushes and 26 stiff ones.

Thanks for looking and the replies everyone.

Mnn, stiff brushes are kinda useless... waste of money Dave. You don't need to really clean them, stir in a bit of water and/or at least take the excess paint off with a paper towel or a cloth ;)
