i had a brilliant title yesterday and today it escapes me
16x20, oils
the 2 detail images (upper half/lower half) are enhanced to help the details show - reality is not that intense.

c&c always welcomed

where does she end and the background begin...
we are one with the world
not a separate part
but made of the same materials as Mother Earth
same colors shades and hues
and made with the same love

"it escapes" as working title, then.
looking at these is like catching something. someone commented on that in your other thread, same here. the time i spent zooming into [ the stocking with the hand ] was considerable, as if nothing else in the image mattered. it's compulsive, still want to look at it though i can draw it from memory now. this one might grow even further with a frame made by you, in a color belonging to this painting only. the blue area is well done, shapeless strong mood with shadow.

This is so interesting! Love it. Ephemeral, mystical, magical.

Beautifully blended colors and she seems one with it. Almost illusory or ethereal. It has a calming influence and I could look at her for hours.

I really enjoy your wispy, enigmatic ladies, this is a good one.

A ghost-like otherworldly figure who seems to be at the edge of an abyss.

Thanks Guy n Gals! :)

for further gazing, fyi, there are a few faces integrated/floating about the background

ok so went for seconds. surfing on a phone is far from optimal. didn't even see the profile waist level, or the figure above it the first time. thanks for prodding.
you script from some sort of akashic records, dna to paint to dna. i can feel my ancestors.
