Hi folks, continuing on with my landscape series. Another water scene. 12 x 15" acrylic. (Best looked at from a distance)

Really super piece, Katie. I do like it up close and personal, but when moving back from the screen about 4 meters, the composition really comes through.

As I sit in the library, curled up in the Morrison chair,
Re-reading one of my favorite novels,
I glance up and again study this landscape.
Looking sideways out the window,
I marvel at the valley, river, and woods covered in snow.
Looking back at the painting, I recall the Spring flowers
soon to return to this white land
No matter what the season,
certain paintings will always recall Spring.
That is the value of Fine Art
Time can stand still.
This is truly fine Art.
Thanks for sharing it with us.

left lower corner, up along that side, first there's deep prussian, then a yellow H-form, on top of that sits a blushing little black&white creature in sunglasses and a pipe, jubilant at the jazzy symphony of brightest beauty. don't you just want to be him?

Almost missed this beautiful watery wonder!
I don't see anything except Monet like colors and a feeling of peace and happiness.
Thanks Katie
BTW, shrinking the image is almost as good as backing up.

An absolute stunner Katie - really beautiful and I can imagine the pair side by side and just a sofa opposite. I could sit and look at these all day

oops, thought I had commented on this but I guess I dreamed it. This is just lovely, Katie, and gives a great feeling of water and water lilies.
