If first impressions count, then my impression is that this artist is a professional! All the elements of composition, color and interesting subject matter are well presented.

This is a very interesting and unique piece

Yes! You paint with a draftsman like precision, with the skill of an illustrator.

Beautiful! Asdo, if there is any advice you could give to paint fine detail like you did so masterfully here it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes! You paint with a draftsman like precision, with the skill of an illustrator.I always wanted to be an illustrator when I grew up. Didn't work out that way, but it's all good! ;)

Beautiful! Asdo, if there is any advice you could give to paint fine detail like you did so masterfully here it would be greatly appreciated.I wouldn't know where to begin! I'm self taught so I'd probably just be teaching you a bunch of bad habits! I typically paint in multiple transparent layers, so it's just a matter of one layer after another, building form and adding color.

Well done! I love wind up toys, did two myself. Like Bongolian said, masterful! They're a favorite of mine as well. I've done a few still life's with wind up toys and it's always fun!

Killer details...Thanks!

Great work on the details!Thank you!
