Acrylics on paper. Around 13"X10".

I like what I see, Hairy, but it seems incomplete to me, stark, lacking your usual verve and layered depth of color.

I like it

The unfinished areas, aka 'negative spaces', force the eyes to the COIs, the two animals.
Is that a critter on a leash
or is it a balloon?
This has appeal,
in that offbeat yet universal way
later, after I massage my hands again
I have a poem forming about these two...

I do like the composition and the colors here, but I don't really 'get' what you're driving at. I would be scared to be in one of your dreams...

Unusual, forcing us to look again back and forth between the two figures. Is one an animal or part human?

Yep, its a puzzle but I kinda like it anyway.

Hi guys, if I recall, there was an animal on the right side of this and somehow it has been transformed into a grotesque human. Surrealism? Maybe. I will have to revisit this piece. I thank you all for looking and saying.

The Carnival is but weeks away
sashaying down the street
they can't wait ti'o play
people are so shocked
people get excited
"How can you can you come out like that?"
they scream they shout.
Is that a dog? or a boy?
is it real ? or just a toy?
ugly! Profane! Silly! Insane!
Trim back those ears!
and your hat!
So big! So red!
It is too huge for your head!
The pair continued walking
the crowd just kept on talking
and she laughed all the way to the Carnival

Carnivals must be a rich source for artists, and a great photo op
