It is with a heavy heart that I inform WetCanvas members of the passing of TASCHICK, or Tim Schick, as he was known to his loved ones. Tim died on Friday, November 3, 2017 after a brief illness. Tim was a wildlife and landscape artist who painted solely in acrylic, and he loved the outdoors, including camping and fishing, where he collected material for his wonderful paintings. Tim posted numerous paintings in his unique style on WetCanvas over the past few years, and I know a number of you are very familiar with his work. For those that are not, please go back and look at them. Tim appreciated the positive comments he received from admirers who observed that his paintings were consistently excellent. Thank you very much to WetCavas and its members.

Taschick's profile and threads /works can be found here ... Taschick (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/member.php?u=1971591)

There is a thread in the Acrylics forum if you wish to add your condolences.

That last one is so indicative of his work. I will miss seeing his paintings on the Acrylics Forum.
