Advanced this a few stages . Splodged in the second Tornado very roughly for now . Detailed the main a/c a bit more and tinkered with the light between the hills .
Beginning to come to life I feel . Time to consider the back drop in more detail now.

Fairly coming on.
We had a C 17 fly over the house today twice, must have been doing touch and goes at Leuchars!. It's really quiet thes days, with the Pongos at Leuchars. About all we see these days are the odd Toccano, Hawk or Occasionaly Typhoon, skimming along below the Lomond Hills on The Low Level route heading north east.

Thanks Jim. With the departure of all the Lossie Tornadoes it's virtually dead up here for low level stuff. I know the Yank F15's come around the Highlands and Typhoons still do the occasional low sortie but the halcyon days of Buccs , Scimitars , Jags, Phantoms ,Harriers and even Lightnings are long gone and much missed by me . :(

Really getting some meat on the bones now, Neil :)
We get a lot of RAF and USAF activity down here on The Wash; we're near to Coningsby, so we get Typhoons overhead all the while and merlin engines all through the Summer months too. Sorry

Cheers Kassal. Fortunately I live about 40 miles from RAf Lossiemouth and usually find some excuse to wander up there and get a lungful of Avtur fumes .
