Thanks for hosting Virginie. I really love your animal refs and have saved quite a few but for now I have decided to do the splashing duck and the flower arrangement. They are both cards measuring 5 x 7 inches and took under 2 hours for the two. They are gouache on paper with some black pen for detail

Nice work on both of these. The gouache worked well for the splashes. I like how you hinted at the flowers too.

These are very decorative, Christine. The delicate pen work on the second one comes out really well.

The deployment of colors is excellent. The duck has a lot of energy and movement.

I love the gentleness of the colors in both of these, and that the wild abandon
comes through so clearly! I can't pick a fav between them as they are both so appealling!
