Good picture, lots of movement. I like the arc created by the whale and the wave it's made. There's a lovely glow to the water as well. :)

Beautiful painting and great pose for the whale. Orca are my most favourite of all the whale species, such intelligent and deadly creatures.

This is nice... blue is too powerful, makes it look unrealistic. You know we have the conception that water looks blue, but in reality, it never is... it has only blue taints, can be more dark greenish or brownish where there is a lot of plankton (as I suppose Alaska is :D)...
When you paint following preconceptions (water blue, sky blue, tree green, elephant gray, and so on...) you don't get the real color. Thats why the most famous realistic artists advice "Paint what you see"... if you isolate the color, will look totally different than blue.
